When I told my wife last night that I was planning on beginning a Total Life Makeover she actually laughed at me. She tried to deny it but she did laugh. I heard it. I suppose I don’t blame her. She has seen my many previous attempts at this.

My advice when attempting to make major changes in your life is to keep it to yourself. We all know people who talk big but never do anything. They don’t walk their talk. Don’t be one of them. In my opinion it’s better to be a man (or woman) of few words and let your actions speak for you.

With that said, I want to share the twelve changes I plan to make. Okay, I’m violating what I just told you. My above advice applies to those people who are closest to you in your life, the ones who know you best and who will have the biggest doubts that you really mean it. My purpose for sharing my twelve changes here is so you have an example of what I am talking about.

Before I share my list of changes I want to explain a few things about them. First of all, there are many changes a person could make in their life. We can’t change everything all at once. So my thinking is to find the twelve things I could change that would make the most difference in my life right now. Your list will be different than mine. You won’t see any changes on my list related to financial matters because I’m doing okay in that area of my life right now. The ones I do list are those I want or need to change.

It has honestly taken me months to put this list together. It really shouldn’t take that long to do it but I did put a lot of thought into it.

Here is my list.

Live by a Schedule. Develop the discipline to go to bed and get up at the same time each day. Stick to a morning routine of studying, writing, meditating, exercising, planning, and getting to work at basically the same times every day and not letting anything get in the way. I realize this is a big change but I also realize that mostly it doesn’t get done simply because I don’t follow a daily schedule.

Eat Healthy. Be conscious of what I put into my body. My main diet will consist of fruits, vegetables and grains and only eating meat sparingly. I will cut out of my diet soft drinks and other sugared drinks. I will cut out high-fat and high-sugar foods. I will be sensible in my approach, not be fanatic or extreme.

Tone My Body. I currently exercise by running or hiking 4 to 5 times a week. This is good aerobic exercise but does nothing for toning my whole body. My goal is to develop a plan for daily body toning exercises to help me be healthier, look better and feel better.

Medicine Free. I have struggled with headaches and migraines for years. I have dealt with them using over-the-counter pain medicine and also prescription migraine medicine. I believe if I accomplish the first three items on my list that I will have fewer headaches to deal with and can free myself from pain medicine. At some point I would like to be free of taking any medicine at all for any reason.

Improve My Relationship with My Maker. I believe in a Supreme Being who created all things. I want a better relationship with Him by doing things that please Him. I want to know Him better by studying His word and talking to Him often. I want Him to communicate with me regularly. I want Him to be on my side when I fight the battles of life.

Correct My Eyesight Naturally. Using natural methods, I will attempt to correct my eyesight. I want to do this for several reasons. First to find out if it can be done and second to be free from the hassle of glasses and the constant care of them.

Significantly Improve My Memory. Using current memory enhancing technologies, I would like to improve my memory abilities to a significant degree.

Wake Up Without an Alarm Clock. I believe that the human mind and body can be trained to automatically wake up at any desired time if trained to do so. I would like to learn to do this mostly out of a desire to master myself and not be so dependant on external crutches.

Learn to Speed Read. One of my loves is books and of course the reading of them. I believe that leaders are readers. At my current rate of reading I will never finish all the books that I own. My goal is to use proven methods and train myself to speed read.

Be 100% Punctual. A character flaw of mine is to cram too much into a day and not give myself enough time to be where I need to be on time. My goal is to be much more conscious of time and how long things really take and then plan accordingly to allow me to be 100% punctual.

“Fireproof” My Marriage. There is a great movie called Fireproof that I watched some time ago. It made me look at my marriage as I have never looked at it before. I also must confess that I never cried so much watching a movie as I did watching this one. In the movie there is a 40-Day Challenge with steps to make your marriage better. I plan to follow this challenge to improve my marriage.

Be a Positive and Happy Person. This may seem like a small thing but in reality it is huge. Most people in life are much more negative than they realize and that goes for me too. My hope is to have a smile on my face most of the time, to never speak ill of another person, and to always look for the good in any situation.

Well there you have it. As I ponder the task of making these twelve changes and reporting regularly on a public forum such as this, it is a little intimidating. Can it really be done? Am I going to be a huge public failure? Will anyone care to read about it? All I can say is, what do I have to lose? Wish me the best!

One of the greatest tragedies in this world are those who fail to find and achieve their purpose or mission in life. This article will help you discover what your mission in life is.

A number of years ago I took my family to ride an old-time train powered by a massive steam engine. Before that train could move, the water temperature in the boiler had to reach two hundred and twelve degrees. Water will not generate steam at two hundred degrees. Even two hundred and ten degrees will not create the steam to move a train. For water to boil and steam to be generated it must reach the temperature of two hundred and twelve degrees. Lukewarm water will not move anything.

I believe the vast majority of people in life are like the train trying to move with lukewarm water – almost boiling but never quite there. They wonder why their life is stalled, why they never seem to be able to move forward. They work hard but success seems to elude them.

The temperature difference between water that is boiling and water that is not is only a degree or two but the difference in results can be dramatic. In the same sense the difference between a person with an overpowering mission in life and someone who is merely living life can seem small but the results are without comparison.

Achievers have an overpowering mission

One of the greatest tragedies in this world are those who fail to find and achieve their purpose or mission in life. The world is full of those whose daily existence is simply working for the weekend, plugging along until retirement or simply wondering whether they are in the right place doing the right thing. They know deep down inside that something is missing, that they are not doing what they do best. We each have only one life to live. How terrible it would be to come to the end of your life and realize you did not live to your fullest God-given potential.

The greatest achievements in this world have all been made by people with an overpowering mission. Like the steam that drives a locomotive, an overpowering mission drives every life of achievement. Think about every person of great accomplishment that you know of. Is it not true that each one had an overpowering mission?

Can you imagine Michael Jordan, Steven Spielberg, Mother Teresa, Christopher Columbus, Thomas Edison, Orville and Wilbur Wright, Mozart, or Henry Ford simply working for retirement, checking off the days on their calendars for when they can sit back and relax and watch TV? Ludicrous to even think about! No, these people were driven like a screaming locomotive. They each had an overpowering mission and there was no stopping them.

“The world always steps aside for people who know where they’re going.”
- Miriam Viola Larsen

What is an overpowering mission in life?

Call it a quest, a calling, a passion, a grand purpose, or a reason for being. A mission in life isn’t something you force on yourself. It is something you discover within. You are born with it. It is coded in your DNA. It flows in your blood and is written in your heart. It is not something that is separate from you. It is as much a part of you as stripes are a part of a zebra. You cannot get away from it. It eats with you, sleeps with you, and goes wherever you are because it is a part of you.

“Many persons have a wrong idea of what constitutes true happiness. It is not attained through self-gratification but through fidelity to a worthy purpose.”
- Helen Keller

Once you find your mission your imagination is engaged and you have purpose. You have a reason for getting up in the morning. It fuses your values, beliefs, thoughts and actions into one unified force. It gives you a definition of who you are. Your mission is something that excites you, that drives you. When you are living your mission you look forward to every day. You live life with passion!

“We act as though comfort and luxury were the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about.”
- Albert Einstein

Where does an overpowering mission come from?

I believe the creation of this world was not a mistake or some grand fluke of nature. It was created for a divine purpose. It was created as a place for God to send His children to learn and to grow and to develop their gifts and talents to their fullest. Each of us were sent here with certain things to learn and certain missions to perform. I believe in a Grand Design for everything.

“I cannot believe that God would choose to play dice with the universe.”
- Albert Einstein

It is my belief that each of us has been sent to this earth with a divine mission from God and it is one of the main purposes of life to discover it and pursue it.

Do you have an overpowering mission?

When I was in my late teens I had a good friend named Paul. In fact we roomed together for a while. I liked Paul a lot but there was one thing that really bugged me about him – he knew and had always known that when he grew up he would be a doctor. It never was a question in his mind. The reason it bugged me was the fact that I had no idea at that time what I wanted to do with my life and he did. It just didn’t seem fair.

Looking back I can see I had many clues and signs back then. But I didn’t see them!

Some of us come forth from our mother’s womb knowing our mission and purpose in life. Others of us, like myself, have a long struggle before the light finally turns on and we see clearly what our overpowering mission in life is.

One of the problems many of us face is that we have suppressed and denied for so long the feelings and yearnings inside us that they no longer come with the power and force they once did.

It’s like the puppy that follows the little boy home. The boy wants the puppy in a terrible way but knows his mother will never let him have it. So he tells the puppy to go away but of course it doesn’t. He yells at it but the puppy just keeps happily following him, wagging its little tail. It’s a persistent little puppy that won’t go away no matter what the boy tries. Finally, out of frustration the little boy picks up a rock and throws it at the puppy and with a yelp it runs off. It will be a long time before that puppy tries to follow the boy home again.

Too many of us have chased off our dreams and desires for so long that they rarely come back and if they do, they are timid and weak. That doesn’t mean they aren’t real and they aren’t important. They are still there. It just may take some coaxing to get them to come out again.

How do you discover your overpowering mission?

“Know thyself, and to thine own self be true, then thou canst not be false with any man.”
Shakespeare

There are many books and articles written on this subject. One particular book I own devotes over 150 pages with endless exercises and quizzes to help you discover your mission in life. I believe this type of introspection can be helpful but if it takes 150 pages to get you to find your mission in life, is it really an overpowering mission? I think it is much less complicated than that. There should be some rather large clues in your life and that is where you should look.

My own personal experience may be of some help to you. After I got married I began a career in the computer field. How was that chosen? My wife and my mother-in-law sat me down one day and succeeded in persuading me to go in that direction because there was good money to be made in computers. So for nineteen years of my life and over a million lines of computer code later I realized I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life doing that. But what then did I really want to do?

I began an earnest undertaking of finding out what I really should be doing with my life. A huge advantage I had was that I have kept a personal journal and have written in it nearly every day for the last 26 years of my life. So I began the rather large task of reviewing my journals from the first to the last. Frankly, I was amazed at what I found. I found over forty-three journal entries where I had expressed a deep desire to teach personal achievement, personal improvement, or personal change. My, how many times did that little dog come after me and I shooed him away or ignored him? Let me share one example from my journal, dated many years ago:

I wish I had the time each night to write down all the feelings that I have, but I never seem to have the time. I’ve been wanting to write about some ideas and aspirations I’ve been having lately, so here I go.

I like my job and it pays me very well. But sometimes I get the feeling that I have more to contribute in life besides computer programs. I sit at work each day and look at a little saying in front of my desk. It says, ‘Find out what you do best, then do it.’ I feel like I’m a good programmer and I do a good job at it. But I don’t feel that that is the thing I do best. I truly feel that I have an inborn ability to speak to people, to teach, to motivate, to give presentations to other people. The times when I have had opportunities to do this I have done very well, and most important, I have enjoyed it very much.

But how does one change from being a programmer to someone who teaches, speaks to, and motivates people? And also isn’t there a little vanity involved here? I mean, who am I to come out and say I can do these things and why do I want to do them? For the glory or recognition? I don’t want to be like that but how do you avoid it?

Plus what about my poor wife and her feelings and concerns – especially about family security? Here she thought I was all set and content in a nice career and now I’m thinking about changing. Is she going to think now that I’ll never be content at doing anything?

So, I shooed the puppy away then and every other time he came romping back into my thoughts. But he always came back. Finally I couldn’t deny it any longer. I had to pursue this powerful, overmastering desire; this mission in life.

“While goals are chosen, a purpose is discovered. Our purpose is something we have been doing all along, and will continue to do, regardless of circumstances, until the day we die.”
- Peter McWilliams

I don’t have a magic formula to give you in finding your life’s mission. I will say that it may take some deep thought, some making of lists and some review of your life thus far. For some this will be easy. For others it may take some coaxing to get the puppy to come back. Just be patient. You have the rest of your life ahead of you. You want to get it right!

“The secret of man’s being is not only to live but to have something to live for. Without a stable conception of the object of life, man would not consent to go on living.”
-The Grand Inquisitor in Dostoyevsky’s The Brothers Karamazov

It’s never too late

I have run a number of marathons. Each time I do I am amazed at the number of people who are older than me who not only run marathons but beat me to the finish! I will be running along, thinking I’m doing well and then a short, stubby, seventy-year old woman passes me up! It’s incredible! Life does not end when you turn forty, or sixty or even eighty. The history books are filled with people who have accomplished great things in the latter years of their lives.

I have always liked the saying that goes:

“Did you stop doing the things you did when you were young because you are old or are you old because you stopped doing the things you did when you were young?”

Read that again if you have to. I feel there is much to be learned from that statement. I once listened to a tape by the author Dr. Wayne W. Dyer. On the tape he asked a series questions to get you to think about yourself. One of my favorite questions he asked was this, “If you didn’t know how old you were, if there was no record of your birth, how old would you be?” His point was that the idea of how old you are has more to do with your thinking than with your birth certificate.

Many adults have the impression that once they pass a certain age they can never achieve or accomplish much. They feel their opportunities are lost. I say baloney! Every day that you wake up above ground is a day of opportunity!

The person who discovers or resurrects their overpowering mission late in life should not let age or time or circumstances get in their way. No matter how long they may have been delayed from it by mistakes or missteps, they should make a solemn resolve that they will not leave this life without pursuing and accomplishing their dream.

Clues from God

Our passions, longings and desires that arise from our heart are not just vain imaginations or hopeless dreams. They are the pointers, the clues, the guides to our possibilities. They are the prophecies, predictions, and blueprints of what we may become.

The honeybee doesn’t have an instinct to gather nectar without a real flower to match it; nor has the Creator planted within us yearnings and desires and dreams for a better, fuller, life without the possibility of achieving it. There is a divine reason and purpose behind our genuine desires.

I don’t believe there is anybody anywhere in this world that can be truly happy until they have found their true passion, their true heart’s desire, their overpowering mission in life and then followed and pursued it to the ends of the earth.

This is part 6 of my 6-part series of articles on the Law of Attraction. Previously we talked about there being a law. We called it the Law of Attraction, we called it faith, we called it the law of Like Begets Like, or Like Attracts Like. Just as a seed will reproduce itself, your thoughts will reproduce themselves and attract the things you think about.

Where do you begin?

So what does that mean? Let’s say a person is fairly miserable because their life isn’t going so good. They might say to themselves, “Well, that’s all fine and dandy but what does that mean to me? What am I supposed to do? How do I make that happen in my life?”

Find out what you want

The first thing you have to do is figure out what you really want. What is it you desire? If you had an Aladdin’s lamp and you could rub that lamp and have whatever you want, what would it be? If you had a magic wand, what would you change about yourself? What would you have, what would you do, who would you be? Of course we’re talking about staying within the realm of possibility, meaning a leopard shouldn’t wish that he had stripes or a zebra shouldn’t wish he had spots. It’s not going to happen. But within the realm of possibility, what is it that you want?

Spend a day to dream, ponder, pray and think about what your true desires are. Make notes and brainstorm. Go off by yourself and design the life you truly want.

Define it in great detail

If it’s a house you want, don’t just say I want a house. Figure out where you want to live, what that house is going to look like, how many rooms it has. If it’s an amount of money you want to be making then figure out exactly how much money you want to make. If it’s a character trait that you want to have then define exactly what that character trait is and what a person who has that character trait would be like.

When you’re defining what you want, you want to do more than just write it down or make a brief description. You need to be very detailed and thorough in your description. This is like an architect designing a building or a ship captain charting his course. It can’t be vague or general. You are creating a blueprint of your future life.

Review it daily

Once you have this picture of who you want to be, what you want to have and what you want to do, then you can begin. The idea is to review this blueprint every day. Imagine that you are already that person and that you already have these things. What you’re doing is spending time focusing on your end result. Let’s talk about how to do this.

You need to have a daily session where you spend time by yourself, preferably in a quiet room. Perhaps it’s in the morning or maybe it’s in the evening. Maybe it’s at noon. Find the best time for you to spend time alone where you can review in great detail your future life. Dim the lights, relax, get comfortable, close your eyes and start imagining. See yourself as that person, being that person, having those things and accomplishing what you would like to accomplish. See it, feel it, experience it. Feel the emotion.

If you want to learn to sail, experience yourself in the sailboat, at the rudder, the smell of the salt, the mist of the waves splashing against the boat, the wind in the sails, the rocking of the boat. Be there and experience it. If it’s a character trait you desire to have, see yourself possessing that character trait. See yourself acting and behaving as if you were already that person. The idea is to picture and experience in great detail and with great emotion those things that you desire.

Take action

But that’s not all. You can’t just be wishing and dreaming all the time. You need to be doing things and taking action. You need to arrange your life to be able to receive these desires of your heart. You have to start acting and behaving like that person, like you already have these things.

Final thoughts on the Law of Attraction

This series of articles have explored many aspects of the Law of Attraction. I’ve really only scratched the surface of this subject but I hope that what I have shared with you has been helpful in seeing the Law of Attraction in a different light.

Wallace D. Wattles said it so well:

The picture of your desires, held with faith and purpose, is taken up by the Formless, and permeates it to great distances-throughout the universe, for all I know. As this impression spreads, all things are set moving toward its realization; every living thing, every inanimate thing, and the things yet uncreated, are stirred toward bringing into being that which you want. All force begins to be exerted in that direction; all things begin to move toward you. The minds of people, everywhere, are influenced toward doing the things necessary to the fulfilling of your desires; and they work for you, unconsciously.

Look at the world around you. Look at your present circumstances. Look at who you are. Then realize that you have been the creator of it by what you have persistently desired over time through the thoughts and yearnings of your heart. If you don’t like what you see then use this great law which says that we can alter our destinies by altering our thoughts.

Thank you.

This is part 5 of my 6-part series of articles on the Law of Attraction. Today I want to explore the Law of Attraction within the realm of science. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m no scientist. But I think we can explore the Law of Attraction using reason and logic and come to understand the possibilities of how it works within the world of science.

What Are Thoughts?

When you think about thoughts, what are they really? They can put electronic measuring devices on individuals and measure the electrical impulses of their minds and they can detect different frequencies and impulses depending on what thoughts the person is thinking. There is energy there.

So they can measure thoughts – big deal! So what does that mean? When you think about everything in the universe and what it’s made of, you start to understand. As was illustrated in The Secret DVD, in this universe there are galaxies. Within galaxies are stars. Circling those stars are planets. On this planet there are living things, such as people. Within people there are functioning organs such as the heart and liver and kidneys. The organs in turn are made out of cells. Each cell is made from molecules. Each molecule is made from atoms. When you go deeper than that, what are atoms made of? At the deepest level we see that every atom is made up of energy. Einstein wrote out an equation: E=MC2 meaning all matter is energy and all energy is matter. So at the deepest level everything in this universe including yourself and what you are made of is energy.

Thoughts Are Things

The idea and the concept is that our thoughts are energy. Well if energy is matter then our thoughts are real things – they are made up of matter. As we think, we think in frequencies or waves – energy waves. Everything in this universe is made up of energy waves. If you examine a simple rock at its deepest level you find that it is made up of atoms and those atoms are moving. There is energy in there and it’s moving and it’s moving at a certain frequency. Everything moves at different frequencies.

The idea is that when we think we create different kinds of frequencies and these frequencies have the ability to go beyond our brain, beyond our physical body and transfer through the air, through the expanse of the universe. Is there a limitation on where it can travel or how it can travel? I don’t believe there is.

Can Thoughts Travel?

I happen to believe in prayer. When we pray to God what is it we are really doing? We are thinking thoughts. We are exerting mental energy. We are generating, feelings, visions and emotions and directing them to God. This is just as scientific as any other law of nature. We can communicate.

When people talk about the Law of Attraction they refer to the Universe or Infinite Intelligence. There are many names they have given to God, the creator of all things, the one who holds all knowledge, the one who is aware of every particle and every atom in this universe and what is happening with it. There is nothing that happens that escapes God’s attention. He has the ability to see all, to comprehend all. He is aware of all things. So if we pray we are generating thoughts and sending them out to the universe and in my estimation we are sending them out to God. I said earlier that God created all the natural laws that we abide by – the laws of physics, of chemistry, of gravity, etc. They were all created by God. He is aware of those laws. He put them in motion and He enforces those laws.

What I’m trying to say is that when you think you generate energy at certain frequencies and that energy goes out into the universe. God is aware of it and following God’s laws which He cannot alter and which He Himself must follow or He would cease to be God, you receive what you think about.

Let’s Explore the Possibilities

Perhaps I can illustrate. When I talked earlier about thoughts and how they are vibrations of energy and that they emit a frequency and can travel outside our bodies, you may have had your doubts. You may have thought, “Yes, but the level of energy is so small and so imperceptible that how could a thought really go out even beyond your own brain? Can it really be possible?” Those are serious challenges to these ideas.

We’ll look at one example. In 1977 NASA launched two space probes named Voyager 1 and Voyager 2. Their mission was to explore Jupiter and Saturn and was intended to last five years. The mission was more than a success and the spacecraft continued to travel into space well beyond five years. Now, 30 years later, they continue to probe the universe on their unprecedented journeys. The Voyager 1 spacecraft is currently the farthest man-made object from earth. Its current distance from the Sun is 9.7 billion miles and continues to travel into space at the rate of 1 million miles per day.

So why do we care about this? Just ponder for a moment the fact that people on earth are communicating with a spacecraft billions of miles from earth. How is that possible? Each Voyager spacecraft uses a high-gain antenna that communicates with earth using a 23-watt transmitter. 23-watts is less than ¼ the power of a common 100-watt light bulb you use in your house. By the time the signal reaches earth it is so weak that a modern-day electronic digital watch operates at a power level 20 billion times greater. Yet we are able to decipher that signal and communicate with these spacecraft and send and receive trillions of bits of information. It’s almost incomprehensible that an intelligent being here on earth can communicate with and direct and control a device so far away. Yet we do it every day.

Your Personal Communications System

If puny Man can do that with his technology, what can God do with His technology? I submit to you that your God-given personal communications system is vastly superior to anything Man has come up with. I encourage you to not doubt that these things can be. The technology we have today would have been seen as magic and miracles and impossible to people only one-hundred years ago. Let’s not be so amazed at things we don’t fully understand now. Let’s learn from it and use it to better our lives today.

Thank you.

This is part 4 in my 6-part series of articles on the Law of Attraction. Today I want to show how the Law of Attraction involves two creations – a mental creation and a physical creation.

When you read the Bible and you read about God creating the universe, it talks about how the word was spoken and it came about. When you speak a word you have to think about it first. It exists in your mind first. Therefore the universe and this world were first created in the mind of God before the elements were ever brought together to create this world physically. So a picture or vision of this world, this universe and everything about it was created in the mind of God first. Thus there were two creations – the mental creation and the physical creation.

Can we relate that on the human level? Is that how humans create? We know it is. Anything that was ever created by man was created in his mind first. Look at the Golden Gate Bridge. It was designed and drawn out and completely thought through before they ever began to dig to lay the foundations for that bridge. The same with the Empire State Building. The same with the house you live in. The same with everything that man has created – it was created in the mind first through thoughts. Then it was created physically. There are two creations – the mental creation and the physical creation.

Let’s look again at the definition of the Law of Attraction. Many have explained it using the term “Like attracts like.” In my reading there is another concept that is very much related to it. It’s perhaps another way of saying it with a slightly different slant in meaning. Instead of “Like attracts like” we change it to “Like begets like.” What it means is that everything reproduces itself. Are the two ways of saying it the same thing? One talks about attracting something and the other talks about creating something. So really, we could say it as “Like creates like.”

When you dwell on something you desire are you attracting it into your life? Does it mean that it already exists and it moves closer to you? Or are you creating it? Are you causing circumstances to rearrange themselves and come about in your life, that relationship, that mood, that type of health that you have, be it good or bad? Was it created? Was it “Like begets like?” If you plant a corn seed, grass doesn’t come up, corn does. Nothing you can do is going to change that. That’s a law and it’s throughout all of nature. It’s throughout the universe.

Maybe I can back up a little bit and explain my thoughts or my understanding of what this means. Part of it is the idea that our thoughts are real things and therefore the kind of thoughts that we have, the kind of feelings, emotions, visions and pictures that we have in our mind are what we produce, are what we create.

Let’s say you’re struggling and your life isn’t what you want it to be and you never seem to be able to move forward. You never seem to be able to accomplish what you desire to accomplish in your life and you can’t figure out why. You keep going around and around dealing with the same problems over and over. It’s very frustrating and very discouraging. You can’t understand why other people are able to make things happen in their lives, are able to move forward, progress, have success and joy and you are struggling with the same things you were struggling with ten years ago. Why is that?

It’s simply the law that says that what you produce in your mind eventually manifests itself in your physical world. The seeds you are planting in your mind can only produce themselves in reality. The first creation is happening in your mind which eventually will be followed by the second creation – your real world. When you understand this concept you will then understand the power you have to change your world by changing your thoughts!

Later in this series we will delve into the actual application of these ideas so you will know what you need to do on a day-to-day basis. Until then, start now paying attention to your daily thoughts and realize there are two creations, the mental followed by the physical. That is the source of what is happening in your real world and you can change your real world by changing your thoughts. Thank you.
